A few things to know about bunker shots

Do you think that bunker shots are special shots? Perhaps it's because you're hitting from sand instead of grass, or perhaps it's because the rules don't allow the sole of the club to touch the sand, but it seems that many amateurs think this way, but that's a misconception. Hitting the ball harder than necessary or intentionally duffing it will result in a mistake, so be careful. So how should you hit it? It's the same as a normal approach shot where you want to lift the ball. Keep the face open at address, and rotate the shaft around the axis as you hit the ball.
