Born August 28, 1998. In 2016, she starred in "Good Morning Call" and was a regular on "Moshimo Tours." In 2019, she appeared in the dramas "3-nen A-gumi," "April's You, Spica," and the movie "Kakegurui." She also starred in "Coffee & Vanilla" and is currently appearing in "CHEAT."
What are your thoughts on starring in "Love and Murder Between Sheep and Wolf"?
I was happy because I'd always wanted to play a murderer. When I read the original novel, "Hole Murder," I was struck by the beauty of the strange, seemingly incomprehensible view of love and the way the two characters gradually become drawn to and love each other. I was also impressed by the unique world that was created for just the two of them on set. I hope that this work will leave viewers with a sense of the preciousness and beauty of love.
What motivates you to continue in the entertainment industry?
I get to try new things every time, and it's fun to see worlds I could never have imagined. Acting is a lot of fun, but on the other hand, there are many times when I feel frustrated, and I think that's one of the reasons why I want to keep going. Even when I feel down, when I hear kind comments like "It was great" or "I want to see more," I think, "I'm not going to give up just because of something like that." Maybe I just hate to lose.
I've loved entertainment since I was a child, and every time I watched TV or a movie, I was inspired, empowered, and encouraged. I would be happy if what I expressed could touch someone's heart, even if just a little.
Please give us a message for university students.
Don't give up. I think it's important to have the determination and unwavering determination to keep going without giving up on what you want to do, without thinking that you might not be able to do it.
I try not to become complacent or satisfied. Feeling regret towards myself is an opportunity to grow, and I don't want to have any regrets, so I always try to maintain the desire to move forward.
