Noritake Kinashi(Kinashi Noritake)

Comedian, singer, painter
Born March 9, 1962. In 1980, he formed the band "Tunnels" with his high school classmate, Takaaki Ishibashi.
He won the grand prize on NTV's "Owarai Star Tanjo" after winning 10 weeks in the competition. He has appeared on numerous variety shows, including KTV's "Neruton Kogeidan" (1987-1994) and CX's "Tonneruzu no Minasan no Okagesu Desu" (1988-1997). As a singer, he won the Japan Record Award for "Shameful" (1991) and achieved million-selling success with "Garagarahebi ga Yattekuru" (1992) and "Ichiban Ii Hito e" (1992). He began his solo music career in 2019, and his first album, "Kinashi Funk the Best," won eight awards, including the number one spot on the iTunes overall album chart. He is also active as a painter, having held seven solo exhibitions since 1994.

Noritake Kinashi has been appearing on television since his high school days. He has now been in the entertainment industry for 40 years. He is active in many fields, not only appearing on variety shows, but also in music and holding his own solo exhibitions. We spoke to him about what he values in his entertainment career and the core philosophy behind it, looking back on his student days.

■ His student days were all about soccer

I'd been playing soccer since elementary school, and went on to Teikyo High School, which was known as a strong soccer school at the time. There were many elite players from all over the country there, and some of them went on to become professionals. However, I knew that I wouldn't be approached by a professional. I had the option of continuing playing at university, but I didn't want to enter university as a first-year student and start again with odd jobs, so I decided to end my soccer career at high school (laughs).
At the same time, Takaaki Ishibashi was on the Teikyo High School baseball team, and he had also been playing baseball for a long time, but when he retired he started appearing on TV shows. One day, Takaaki asked me if I wanted to appear on a TV show that looked interesting, and I immediately agreed.
That was my first appearance on Tokoro George's show "Doba Doba Dai Bakudan." After that, I appeared on other comedy shows such as "Owarai Star Tanjo," where you have to win a fight. Then, people in the TV industry started to invite me to appear on their shows, and I started appearing on TV more and more.

■ Following the script isn't always the right answer

We started appearing on more and more TV shows, but we had no masters and no one to learn from. We had no idea what sketches or manzai were. So what we were performing back then was comedy, with Takaaki and I alternating between our own material, with no tsukkomi or boke. It was like we were just doing what we did in the clubroom in high school on TV. So I still don't know if that was the right decision (laughs). However, when we appeared on an audition show, Tamori and Akatsuka Fujio said to us, "I don't know what you guys are doing, but you're funny." Even now, 40 years later, we're still using that style.
After that, we started having regular TV shows, and we were allowed to do whatever we wanted on the show. We were told to do whatever we wanted, even if it was different from the script, so we went wild and ran wild (laughs). Usually, if we did that, producers or managers would stop us, but the people around us allowed it. That was a much better fit for us.
Of course there is a script, and a set story and flow, but I don't think that following the script exactly is the right answer. You don't have to follow the flow exactly, and you don't have to say it word for word. Even if things happen out of order or problems arise, I think it's fine as long as you can create something interesting in the end. The most important thing is that there is laughter.
That's why I only practice the skits with my co-stars once, and then go on stage without fully understanding the content. I tell my co-stars that something will definitely happen during the actual performance that will make it more entertaining. I tell them not to be intimidated, and to just do it as if it were just like we practiced (laughs).
It's the same with music and solo exhibitions. At first it was just a segment on TV, but people around me asked me if I wanted to try it out full-scale, and I accepted without hesitation, and things progressed smoothly. There were professionals there, so I knew I could definitely create something good. All I had to do was get my enthusiasm going and give it a go (laughs).

■ A rewarding world created from scratch

I do a lot of things, from the entertainment industry to music and art, but they're all worlds that are full of fulfillment. They all start from nothing, so we all come together as a team and create something. I think it's interesting when I see it, and everyone else says it's interesting too. The only difference is whether it's TV or YouTube, music or art, but I think they're all the same work. There's a team involved, and we all think about how to communicate with others, and we all come together and create something. In art, you communicate with people through lines and colors, and in music, you communicate with people through lyrics and melody. I don't think there's any other world that's as interesting and rewarding as this (laughs). So it's not hard at all.
I do a lot of things, but the most important thing I keep in common with all the shows is whether there is laughter in the production. I think it's funny, and the people around me think it's funny too. If only I'm excited and saying it's funny, it's no good, and you won't be able to create something good. A work is created by the team working together. If the team is having fun, we can create a really good work, and I think we'll be a strong team.

■ A life where you prioritize what you want to do

Up until now, I've done everything the way I wanted to, and I'm glad that I did. Prioritize what you want to do and what you find interesting. If you do that, even if you have anxiety or worries, you won't have any trouble in the end, and I think you'll be able to live an interesting life (laughs).
It's also okay to make mistakes, but it's important to take action as soon as you think of something. Just try anything, no matter what. If you try it and it turns out to be wrong, correct it right away. If you do this over and over again, your life will gradually start to take a turn for the better!

Noritake Kinashi

Individuals shine because of the existence of the team!

■Profile:

Born on 9 March 1962, he formed 'Tonneruzu' with his high school classmate Takaaki Ishibashi in 1980.

He is also a multi-talented painter, having held seven solo exhibitions since 1994.

Mr Noritake Kinashi has been appearing on TV since high school. He now has 40 years of entertainment experience. He is active in many fields, not only in variety shows but also in music and his private exhibitions. While looking back on his school days, we interviewed Mr. Kinashi about what he values in his life as an entertainer, his key ideas, etc.

■Student life was all about football

I have been playing football since elementary school and went on to high school at Teikyo High School, which was known as a strong football school at the time. There were many selected players from all over Japan there, some of whom went to professional football clubs. However, I knew that they would not offer me. There was also the option of carrying on at university. Still, I didn't like the thought of being a first-year student at university and having to start doing chores again, so I decided to finish my football career at high school ('lol').

At the same time, there was also a Teikyo High School baseball team member, Takaaki Ishibashi, who had also played baseball for a long time. Still, as soon as he retired, he started appearing on TV. One day, Takaaki asked me, “There's a TV program that looks interesting. Would you like to go together?”

My first TV program with Mr. George Tokoro was “Dobadoba Dai Bakudan.” After that, I appeared on comedy competition shows such as 'Owarai Star Sanjo.' Then, more and more TV people asked me to appear on their programs, and I began to appear on TV more and more.

■Following the script is not always the right thing to do

We started appearing in more and more TV shows, but we had no masters and nobody to learn from. We had no idea what comedy or Manzai was all about. Therefore, we were performing comedies with no tsukkomi and no boke, with Takaaki and I performing our own comedy stories alternately. What we were performing on TV was just like what we used to do in the club room in high school. So I still don't know if that was the right decision or not (lol). Forty years later, I'm still doing what I was doing then.

Later, I started to have a regular program, and I was allowed to do things freely in the program. We were told to do things freely, even if the scripted storyline differed from the script, so we went crazy with the best of us (lol). Most producers and managers would have stopped us if other people had done that, but the people around us allowed us to do it. That suited us very well.

Of course, there is a script and a set story and process, but I don't think following the script is necessarily the right way. It's unnecessary to follow the process exactly or to say every single word in the same way. I think it's OK if things go back and forth in order or if there are problems, as long as you end up making something fun in the end. The most important thing is that there is a laugh.

That's why I only practice skits with my co-stars once and then go on stage without understanding the content of the skits. Something will definitely happen to the co-stars that will make them funny in the actual performance. I tell them not to be scared and to try it like it is exactly as they have practiced it (lol).

It's the same with music and exhibitions. At first, it was just a TV corner, but people around me asked me if I wanted to try it on a full scale, so I said yes, and it went very quickly. There were professionals there, so I knew I could definitely make something good. I just had to put my interest in it and do it (lol).

■A world entire of satisfying things to create from scratch

I do many things in entertainment, music, and art, but they are all full of satisfaction in this world. It's a world where nothing exists, so we all work together as a team to build it up from scratch. I find it interesting myself, and people say it's interesting. The only difference is whether it's TV or YouTube, music or art, but I think it's all the same work. There is a team, and we all think about how to communicate with the other person and work together as one to create it. If it's art, it's about lines and colors, and if it's music, it's about lyrics and melodies. I don't think there is a more interesting and challenging world (lol). So there are no difficulties at all.

I do many things, but the most essential thing that all programs have in common is whether there is a laugh when they are being created. If I am funny and the people around me also find it funny. It is absolutely not good if you are excited about being funny alone, and you will never be able to create a good piece of work. It's important for a team to work together to create a piece of work. If you can have fun as a team, you can make excellent work, and you are strong as a team.

■Have a life that puts priority on what you want to do

I've done everything I wanted to do, and I'm happy with that. You should prioritize what you want to do and what you find interesting. That way, even if you have worries and anxieties, you won't have to struggle in the end, and I think you'll have an exciting life (lol).

Also, it's important to make a quick decision when you have an idea, even if it's wrong. Whatever it is, try it anyway. If you try it and it goes wrong, correct it immediately. If you keep repeating this over and over again, your life will start turning in a better and better direction!

Noritake Kinashi: A unique company, showcasing individual talent!

Entertainer, singer, painter

Noritake Kinashi

■ Introduction
Born: March 9, 1962. In 1980, ``Tunnels'' was established by Takaaki Ishibashi of other high schools and junior high schools.
In NTV's "Birth of a Comedy Star" he won 10 weeks later and won a big prize. Other than that, he won 8 awards for KTV's "Neruton Kogeidan" (1987-94) and CX's "Tonneruzu no Minasan no Okage Desu" (1988-97). He won the Japanese Music Prize for "Pathetic" (1991) and won "Rattlesnakes Are Coming" (1992) and "To the Most Important Person" (1992), among other million-selling songs. In 2019, he started his career as a musician, winning the first iTunes album "Kinashi Funk The Best" (8 awards). He is also an active and popular painter, and has held seven exhibitions since 1994.

Mr. Noritake Kinashi started his high school junior high school career now on video. Now, it has been 40 years since the construction of the other school was completed. In addition to the above-mentioned details, the music and activities of other people are also independent, and they are active in many areas. When I was a student there, I saw Dr. Kinashi and other people who lived in Korea throughout their lives.

■Football school days
When I started elementary school, I started playing soccer, and when I was in high school, I played at Teikyo High School, which was a strong soccer team. He has been a competitive baseball player from all over the country, and only one of them has ever achieved success. However, I am not aware of the path between the two. I was originally a college student, but I didn't want to start again, so this was my first year at college, and I decided to stay in high school and middle school for the rest of my life (lol).
At the same time, Takaaki Ali Ishibashi, a baseball player at Teikyo High School, was also a long-time baseball player, but at the same time, he was starting his career and is currently being watched on TV. One day, I asked Takaaki Ishibashi: "Have you ever seen the phone? What do you think? What do you want to do when I get up?" I happily accepted.
My first appearance is in the episode ``Big Bomb''. After this, he also appeared in other shows such as ``The Birth of a Comedy Star''. After that, I started watching TV from many places around the country, and I also started watching TV from many places around the country.

■Correction plan for irregular compliance scripts
I've watched so many TVs, but I've never had a great old master, and I've learned so much. I am a short story and a Japanese manzai. Therefore, when I was present at the time, some of my personal stories were replaced by comedy, drama, and stupidity. This is a picture of the situation in the high school club room where I was previously on TV. Therefore, I have no idea what to do, but here is a definite answer (lol). However, while I was participating in the selection process, Mr. Tamori and Mr. Fujio Akatsuka said: ``I don't know the way you are here, but I have a good idea.'' 40 years after the envoys, today, the style that everyone else has maintained.
After that, I started participating regularly, and I was also free to take part in the program, whatever my thoughts were. I immediately opened the envoy, and the book was not the same. What did I think of the defendant's knowledge? I went crazy (lol). In the majority of cases, how do we prevent people from restricting themselves or organizing groups, but how do we prevent people from surrounding us? Please join us again.
Of course there is a story, there is a fixed story and flow process, but I do not understand the story and there is a certain corrective answer. I have come to the point where I have to understand everything completely, and I also have to know how to understand each and every sentence. Due to the circumstances of the immediate envoy, there was some confusion in the order of things, and I understand that it was only necessary that the circumstances arise. The most important thing is laughter.
In this case, I will only play some short plays, but then I will be able to fully understand the content and perform the actual performance. During the actual performance, I was able to read a few details about the appearance of the lead actors, which I found interesting. Unnecessary harm, please try to create an image (lol).
This is how music is played. In the beginning, I just stopped watching the phone, but the person asked me if I thought about it or not, so I accepted it and started the movie. Nari is a talented person, but this is a very small and important situation. After that, I tried it out and tried it out (lol).

■The world where a single person starts building
There are many circumstances in the world of music and music, but the world of music is extremely open. Every other person's capital is an empty, one-dimensional world, and therefore, each company is created by a master. I saw that I had a good experience, and others also had a good experience. I believe that the works are the same, the only ones that are different are the videos that you can watch on YouTube, and the music that you can listen to. While we are the leaders of one company, how do we think from the beginning? The result is the music, the line is the Japanese color; the result is the music, the song is the melody. I know that the world has gone up and the world has changed even more (lol). The reason for this is that there are some difficulties.
I understand that there are many circumstances, but the most important joint consideration is the production process. I have a good taste, and the people around me also have a good taste. If you are the only person who has a sense of interesting circumstances, then you are the only person who is interested in the situation. A collaborative effort by a single company. As a result, each of my productions is a powerful and enjoyable work, and I know that each of my productions is a truly excellent work, and that each of my productions is a powerful one.

■A life of superior thinking and self-thinking circumstances
As soon as I get there, I can see how I want to proceed, and I understand that this is the way I want to go. Thinking ahead, you can see the interesting circumstances. As a result of your conversation, you will be able to use it as soon as possible, and at the end, you will not be required to do so.
In addition, it is possible to investigate the crime, which is why it is important to act quickly in the event of an incident. No matter what I do, I won't try anything in the city.尝试一下, 下轑珑错误,请混确认你。 As you move through the world, your life begins to change and improve!
