A new style cafe based on the concept of inner beauty.“Pro Labo CAFÉ”.
It opened on Saturday, April 1, 2023, near Shinjuku Isetan.
This is the ultimate guilt-free cafe and restaurant that does not use refined sugar or food additives and uses carefully selected ingredients that are low GI, additive-free, fermented, contain no trans fats, and are vegan-friendly, in pursuit of ``beauty from the inside out.''
This time, I had the jet black coconut shell activated charcoal charcoal cleanse parfait and Grand White Herb Tea Grand Pro (strawberry flavor)!

I was completely captivated by the inner beauty cafe Pro Labo CAFÉ...♡ First, the elegant white and gold interior made me feel like a princess. ✨ Next, I had strawberry herbal tea and gluten-free cookies. The aroma, taste, and cute appearance soothed my soul.
Then, a "Jet Black Parfait" appeared, shrouded in smoke. Contrary to its exotic appearance, it was naturally sweet and smooth to the touch! What surprised me was that it didn't leave me feeling heavy after eating! I experienced the incredible power of coconut shell activated charcoal and became completely captivated by Pro Labo CAFÉ ♡

It was a cafe that could be enjoyed twice, first with the sight and then with the taste. The jet-black parfait shrouded in smoke was gorgeous, making me feel like a princess. Since it uses charcoal, I was very curious to know what it would taste like, but it had just the right amount of sweetness that is hard to compare to anything else. As I continued to eat, I enjoyed the various textures and ever-changing flavors, so I savored it until the very end, feeling like I was just eating the first bite.
The herbal tea had a slight strawberry tartness that was a lovely accent that really brought out the flavor of the tea.

It was a taste I'd never tried before in my life, and it was absolutely delicious. Normally, when I eat dessert, I worry about carbohydrates, but because it doesn't contain refined sugar, I don't have to worry about them. What's more, the activated charcoal helps remove waste products from the body, which is very helpful. I had the prejudice that low-carb or low-calorie foods inevitably have a poor taste, but this was so delicious that it completely overturned that belief. "You don't have to worry about carbohydrates when you eat dessert, and in fact it's healthy!" I'll definitely be ordering it again.

I was so happy when I heard that Esthe Pro Labo Café had opened, as I had always wanted to try it. The parfait was so sweet that it was hard to believe it was made without artificial sweeteners, and because it was a dessert provided by an inner beauty company, I was able to enjoy it without feeling guilty. Personally, I find it difficult to finish a parfait without getting bored of its sweetness, but I was surprised that the parfait at Pro Labo Café was so delicious that I could enjoy it right down to the last bite.
