■ Thoughts after finishing the stage

This time I was a little nervous as I was the first performer on the 1st FASHION SHOW STAGE (X-girl), but it was so much fun! My make-up and costume were completely different to my usual style, so I could sense that the audience was confused at first. I felt like they got to see a new side of me, so I was happy.
Today, I had planned to walk around with a cool fashion impression, but... I got so excited that I ended up playing air guitar (laughs). I was glad to see the audience laughing and having fun. TGC is truly a dream stage for me, so I'm very happy to have been able to make such wonderful memories this year.

■ Job satisfaction and the mindset that I value

I find it rewarding to build a circle of people through my work. For example, a production staff member who helped me out once might invite me back to appear on a show, or one job might lead to another new job. As I accumulate work, more and more people need me, and I'm really happy that my circle of people gradually expands.
The mindset I cherish is to stand on everyone's level and be there for them. My original dream was to become a nurse, so what I want to do is be there for each and every person and make them feel happy. I entered the entertainment industry with the desire to bring happiness to as many people as possible, but the mindset at the core of my being has not changed since I was a teenager.
However, I feel that jobs like this stage appearance are truly attractive opportunities because I get support from people who don't know me and it gives me a lot of energy.

■About my student days

During my student days, I was always doing all sorts of things on my own initiative. I had a lot of experience performing on stage, for example, I would make up my own opening act slots at school festivals and perform my material there (laughs). I was also a member of the student council in middle and high school, and served as student council president in high school. I went to an all-girls high school, and while I felt that my school had a "girls' high school vibe" when I first enrolled, I felt like my students weren't really showing off their wonderful individuality. So I joined the student council and started creating various initiatives. My high school had a lot of culture to be proud of, like greetings and clean grooming. I wanted to fully express that beautiful culture, so I implemented a greeting campaign and an awards ceremony for grooming. It was a truly great experience to be able to bring smiles to so many people's faces with my own ideas.
I'm also glad that I realized during my student days that I'm not good at relying on others. When I was student president, I would take on too much and sometimes my emotions would explode at random moments. At the time, my mother, teachers, and student council members would often tell me, "It's okay to rely on others more." At the same time that I realized my own weakness, I also realized that distributing roles and increasing the overall strength of the team is an important element of leadership. At that moment, I felt like I had changed a little, and I realized that it's important to learn about your strengths and weaknesses from experience.

■ Future outlook

Since last year, I've been actively working as an actor, and I hope to blossom there as well. My entertainment career, which began as a talent, has now expanded to an even bigger stage, with my YouTube channel now boasting over 100 million subscribers and appearing at TGC. I hope to continue to interact with more people and grow into someone who can bring happiness to them.

■Message to university students

I believe that people continue to study throughout their lives. And knowledge should not be underestimated. What you see and hear naturally leads to broader conversations, which often lead to connections and work opportunities. That's why I want you to be grateful for the learning environment you have now and cherish every minute and second.
