■TGC is a sparkling space packed with the present

I think the TGC stage is a sparkling space where you can share time with everyone at the venue and absorb the latest fashion and current information together.
The outfit I'm wearing today is a combination of a jacket and jeans, which is a fashion that young people often wear. I also added a tie, which gives it a more formal, older student vibe, and the boots are chunky and voluminous, so I think it's a really nice and well-balanced outfit. Another key point is that I've worn my bangs down to match the outfit, which is unusual for me.

■ Acting began with a spirit of challenge

Being a competitive person, when I saw my coworkers working as actors, I became interested and thought, "I want to try that too!"
I decided to enter the contest and try my hand at acting, but I think it's very important to have the determination to take the first step.
To be honest, I wasn't originally interested in the entertainment industry, and I'm not very good at standing in front of people. I'm fine standing in front of the camera when filming a movie, but I still get nervous standing on stage in front of a large audience, like at an event or stage greeting. I've been looking for a good way to relieve my nerves, but I'm still searching.

■Kendo taught me courtesy and gratitude

I worked hard in club activities when I was a student. I practiced kendo from the third grade of elementary school through high school, and I was taught from a young age that "etiquette is important." Now, as I work as an actor, I want to continue to value etiquette and never forget to be grateful.
Also, influenced by kendo and the goals of my seniors, I wanted to become a police officer when I was a student, and I would like to play the role of a police officer at least once in my acting career.

Looking back at my school days, I feel like the rules at school were everything. For example, things like bangs should be a certain length and the nape of the neck shouldn't reach the shoulders, I took these things for granted and thought I had to live by them.
This work is set in an ultra-elite high school where a school rule is enacted that prohibits dating between boys and girls. Each character is troubled and struggles with the question, "Why is this? What should I do?" Watching them, I thought it was a story that made me think about many things myself.
When acting, I made sure to become the character without any falsehood.
When I worked with the director on another project previously, he was able to see through the times when I would suddenly regain my composure after being distracted by a noise, so I made sure to use what I learned from that experience.

■Message to students

I feel that the reason I am able to do this job is because of a combination of opportunities, luck, and timing. When you feel like doing something on your own, don't make excuses and say you can't do it because of who you are, just be honest with your feelings. I think it's easier to make your dreams come true if you put them into words. If you think positively, a good future is sure to await you.
