Joined the company in May 2023. As the recruitment group manager of the Human Resources Department, he is involved in managing new graduate and mid-career recruitment.

Geniee Inc. is a company that primarily operates advertising platforms and marketing SaaS businesses. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the company continues to grow rapidly by providing products that are easy for Japanese companies to use. We spoke with Mayumi Ikeda, manager of the Human Resources Recruitment Group at the company, which continues to grow through the power of technology.

We utilize cutting-edge technology to develop our advertising platform and marketing SaaS businesses. For example, in our advertising platform business, we provide a system that matches the needs of those who want to sell and buy online advertising space. In our marketing SaaS business, we utilize the latest technology to provide a system that solves the entire process from when users become aware of a product or service to when they purchase it and even when they repurchase.

■We want to solve the marketing challenges faced by Japanese companies.

Although the term "marketing" is broad, it encompasses a wide range of fields and requires significant costs to implement. Recently, with the diversification of social media and an increase in the number of ways that companies can come into contact with customers, marketing has become more complex. As a result, many Japanese companies are unable to secure personnel with specialized knowledge and skills, which makes it difficult to implement marketing effectively.

Geniee wants to remove these barriers of cost and knowledge and "create a world where anyone can succeed in marketing." To achieve this, we provide simple, easy-to-use products at affordable prices and provide solid support services until companies are able to execute their marketing.

Our business purpose is to "create a world where everyone can succeed in marketing," and our corporate purpose is to "become a global technology company originating from Japan and contribute to Japan and Asia." To achieve this, we must overcome significant hurdles, so we are looking for someone who is highly motivated to grow and willing to take on various challenges together with us.

We recruit business and engineering positions, hiring a total of around 60 people each year. We are looking for people with a strong sense of ownership and commitment, and we welcome those who have experience of persistently working to solve problems and overcoming difficulties during their student days.
