When I was chosen as the main cast member, I felt both joy and a special sense of mission. Yoshinaga-san and the staff had carefully created this commercial over the course of 20 years, incorporating memories into it, so I wanted to take over and make a wonderful commercial.

When I saw the finished commercial, I realized how important it is to spend time relaxing with loved ones. The scene where he responds to the question, "What are you going to do now?" with "I haven't decided yet" was particularly memorable. The beautiful Fukushima region where the commercial was shot is rich in nature and allows you to feel the change of seasons. I've loved going out into nature since I was a child, so I forgot about filming and enjoyed myself to the fullest. I realized that these scenery and traditions have survived to this day precisely because so many people have continued to protect them, and it made me feel a renewed sense of pride for Japan.

When I was a child, I imagined adults as people who could solve problems at will, but when I became an adult, things didn't always go as planned, and I had to overcome many hardships. However, thanks to the many encounters I've had, I feel like I now have more options to overcome those obstacles. From now on, I hope to challenge myself to do things outside of work that I haven't had the chance to experience yet and enrich my life.

I hope that everyone who watches this commercial will embark on a new journey, rediscover the good things about Japan, and preserve Japanese traditions.

I have been a cast member of Otona no Kyujitsu Club for 20 years since 2005. I have irreplaceable memories of traveling to Tohoku, Hokkaido, Hokuriku, and other areas and interacting with the local people. I also have fond memories of traveling while praying for recovery after the earthquake. I am very excited that Yutaka Takenouchi will now be taking over as cast member. I hope you all continue to enjoy your wonderful travels.
