Hazard property investigation event "Funny hazard properties, not funny hazard properties" (held during the day)

Movie "Haunted Property Zoku: Scary Floor Plans"An accident property investigation event is being held to commemorate the release of"Funny haunted properties, not funny haunted properties"is an unprecedented experiential event in which participants become "investigators" and uncover the secrets hidden within the property.
The setting for the investigation was a nearly 100-year-old Japanese house quietly located in Shibuya.
The “investigator” will travel around the property and trace the traces of past residents.
The clues to the investigation come from mysterious noises heard through headphones, voices coming from somewhere, and items left behind by residents.
Inside this Japanese house, where there is no sign of people around, we will use our five senses and our powers of insight to uncover the events that took place on this property and the secrets that have never been known to anyone before.
You can have a chuckle-inducing experience during the day, and a chill-inducing experience at night.
This summer, why not try a thrilling and terrifying experience?

This time, student newspaper interns went to investigate the "Funny Haunted Properties" event (held during the day)!

■ Impressions from investigating the "Funny Haunted Properties" (held during the day)

I participated in the afternoon session of "Funny Haunted Houses." The experience of exploring the building while being guided by the audio guide through the earphones made me feel as if I was a part of the story. I was startled for a moment, but then I couldn't help but laugh. It was a truly "scary and fun" experience, with the perfect combination of "fear" and "fun."
The daytime performance I experienced had many gentle gimmicks that even horror novices could enjoy with ease, and I would recommend it to people who don't like scary things. I felt it was perfect for people who want to casually experience the "haunted house feeling."
This experience made me want to know more about the background of the story, so I went to see the film "Haunted Property Zoku: Scary Floor Plans" that very same day. By the time I finished watching the film, I felt that the experience and the film were so well connected that I naturally thought, "I'd like to try the evening session next time."
In this hot season, you'll want to experience a refreshing chill. This is a summer experience that you can only enjoy now.

Shibuya Station is a bustling city always bustling with people. Entering a quiet alleyway within the station, you'll find the haunted property we investigated this time. In stark contrast to the bustling Shibuya Station, this quiet, secluded old Japanese house feels like visiting a neighborhood grandmother's house. However, upon entering the entrance, the atmosphere changes dramatically: dark and cold. While retaining the atmosphere of an old Japanese house, the darkness and coldness incite a sense of fear in the participant. The experience involves investigating the haunted property and listening to audio recordings of the missing Asai Sanjiro, unraveling the secrets hidden within the property and exploring the true nature of the spirits. The process of exploring the room and using the audio recordings to search for the spirits arouses both fear and curiosity, making the experience of uncovering them extremely fascinating. The audio through headphones is highly immersive. For those who aren't averse to horror or fear, I recommend enjoying the haunted property investigation during the daytime session, where you'll experience a little thrill and excitement.

Just the idea of a "Japanese house in Shibuya" already gave me a slightly eerie feeling, but once I entered as a researcher, I was immediately drawn in by the silence that permeated the entire space and the smell of aged wood. As we followed the audio guide to each room, read books, and performed ritual-like acts, my curiosity grew, not just of being "scared," but of wanting to "know" and "solve the mystery." As it was a daytime session, there were some humorous moments here and there, and I was impressed by the sense of enjoyment that was felt even amidst the tension. It was fascinating to progress while letting my imagination wander as I considered the traces left behind and the backgrounds of the residents that gradually came to light, and I enjoyed exchanging ideas with my friends. While we ultimately were unable to solve the mystery, I felt as if I had glimpsed part of the house's hidden story, making it a mysterious and memorable experience.

When we entered the building, an atmosphere different from everyday life spread, and it was a bit nerve-wracking to start. As we progressed inside, mysterious sounds and spaces appeared one after another, and it was fun to let our imaginations run wild, wondering, "What is this?" There were no overly scary performances, and some even made us chuckle, so we were able to enjoy ourselves at ease. As we progressed, we wondered, "Is there any meaning to the things we saw and the sounds we heard?", which made us feel like we were conducting an investigation. Overall, it was impressive to see that the whole thing was designed to be enjoyed not just by looking, but also by feeling, and the attention to detail was impressive. It was an event that offered a slightly unusual experience, perfect for creating a summer memory.
