Akihiko Iwasaki, President and CEO of Phiaro Corporation
The Phiaro Group has provided a wide range of services, including design and engineering, in the field of mobility development since its founding in 1939. Based on this knowledge and track record, we have established a development environment that includes the people, technology, and equipment essential for the development of next-generation mobility, and we continue to evolve as a platform company that works with a variety of partners.
The launch event for "PHIARO MOBILITY HUB," part of this new business, was held at Daikanyama T-Site on October 29, 2025.

About PHIARO MOBILITY HUB
With the slogan "Movement is Life," this is a system that creates a rich mobility life for each individual through exciting places, innovation, and challengers.
Phiaro Space Co., Ltd., Phiaro Corporation Co., Ltd., and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. aim to revitalize the former Hero Shinoi Circuit (now SHINOI RING) in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, which Phiaro is promoting as part of its "PHIARO Mobility Hub" project, into a place where the future of mobility intersects with people's lives.
This project goes beyond revitalizing the circuit facilities and is an effort to create a new mobility hub that connects people, nature, technology, and culture. Phiaro and CCC have redefined the value of "movement" and "connection" that mobility brings, and have reconstructed this worldview as SHINOI RING, which has the theme "Movement is Life."

Under the slogan "Movement is Life," the Phiaro Group is not just creating a facility for cars to drive, but also a place where people can experience the new possibilities of mobility. Specifically, they aim to create a facility that can be enjoyed not only by adults but also by children and the whole family, and they believe it is important for children, the "future users," to experience the joys of mobility. The environment in which children can ride go-karts while actual sports cars race on a circuit right next to them is a special experience that cannot be found anywhere else.
This project has been made possible through the cooperation of not only the Phiaro Group but also many other partners. Through its Mobility Marketing Design Division, Culture Convenience Club (CCC) aims to "make the world a better place through planning," and will contribute to disseminating the value of the experience and building a community of people centered around the cafe.
We also plan to work in cooperation with the local city of Utsunomiya to build a cooperative relationship with the local community and to liven up the entire town of Shinoi.
Many people probably think of a circuit as a place to race. However, since it is a closed and safe environment, we wanted to take advantage of it and use it in a variety of ways. With this in mind, we thought about it a lot and came to this launch. How can we make this location, about two hours from the city center, more attractive? We hope to deliver experiential value to many people through various projects.
I think the success of this project will be seeing everyone's smiling faces as they enjoy themselves here. Please come and visit.
