ASOBISYSTEM Co., Ltd. and Hanayashiki Co., Ltd. are holding a special event to commemorate the 3rd anniversary of the debut of the 7-member idol group "CANDY TUNE"."CANDY TUNE 3rd Anniversary 'Asakusa Ame Yashiki'"This event will be held for a limited time from May 1st (Fri) to May 8th (Fri), 2026. Prior to the opening of this event, a media presentation was held on April 30th (Thu).
■To commemorate their 3rd anniversary, the entire Hanayashiki amusement park has been transformed into "Asakusa Ameyashiki" (Candy Amusement Park).
At the beginning of the presentation, an overview of "Asakusa Ameyashiki" was introduced. The park will feature a super ball scooping game inspired by "Yugiri Neki," who became famous for her hit song "Baibai FIGHT!", as well as festival-themed content and games themed after each member. Furthermore, it was announced that there will be a variety of attractions, including a "playable" best album project where selected CANDY TUNE songs will play as background music at each attraction, special announcements recorded by the members, seven types of collaboration food items for each member, collaboration drinks, a specially designed panda car and life-size panels, and "Kakure Canchu," where visitors search for signed panels hidden throughout the park.
Next, the seven members of CANDY TUNE appeared on stage. First, Kotomi Tachibana shared her impressions of the completed park, saying with a smile, "The park is overflowing with CANDY TUNE, with their music playing at each attraction, and panels and individual shops for each member, making it enjoyable just to look around. I'm excited for everyone to enjoy it too." Rino Fukuyama, who is from Tokyo and has been visiting Hanayashiki since she was a child, said that when she heard about the collaboration, she had to ask several times, "Is it really that Hanayashiki?" She then expressed her feelings, saying, "I'm so happy to be collaborating with such a historic symbol of Tokyo and a famous tourist spot, and it feels like a dream come true!"
■Seven specially designed Panda Cars gather in the birthplace of the Panda Car and are unveiled.
One of the biggest attractions at the venue was the "Hanayashiki-themed" panda cars, which were themed after the members' costumes. When Murakawa Hina saw the panda cars lined up in front of her, she exclaimed, "All seven of them are wearing costumes, I've never seen panda cars like this before! They're wearing hats that match mine, they're so cute, I'm totally smitten!" Ogawa Nanako smiled and said about the panda cars originating from Hanayashiki, "I didn't know that! When I was little, I rode them in other places, but I never imagined that this was where they originated. I'm so happy to finally meet the real thing at this age." When Murakawa heard that the cars were set up as a photo spot where people could actually get in and take pictures, she said, "That's awesome. I bet they'll look amazing in photos!"
Minami Natsu also expressed her delight at the amusement park, which was completely transformed into a CANDY TUNE theme, saying, "I've been coming to Hanayashiki since I was little, and I can't believe the whole park has been turned into a CANDY TUNE theme." She added, "My favorite is the candy decorations, which are beautifully lit up at night, so I hope everyone will take pictures, upload them to social media, and enjoy them as memories."
■ "It felt both short and long": Reflecting on the journey of 3 years since debut
For CANDY TUNE, who celebrated their 3rd anniversary in March of this year, this collaboration is also a milestone project. Reflecting on the past three years, Fukuyama said, "As a group from KAWAII LAB., we have worked hard to follow in the footsteps of the FRUITS ZIPPER ladies. In the first two years, we were almost crushed by expectations and pressure, but it is because we went through that period that we are able to give energy to many people through 'Baibai FIGHT!'" He added thoughtfully, "It feels like it was both short and long, but it has been a very intense three years."
Tachibana also empathized, saying, "I thought three years would be a long time, but it went by pretty quickly," and expressed her determination, saying, "We will definitely continue on to our fourth and fifth anniversaries, so we will use our past experiences as fuel and keep working hard."
As the opening ceremony began, all the members held party poppers and launched them with the cry, "CANDY TUNE's Asakusa Ame-yashiki is now open!", marking a spectacular start to the event. Furthermore, the surprise house was transformed into "CANDY HOUSE," much to the delight of the members.

■ Impressions from the interview
CANDY TUNE, known for their catchphrase "Double Fight!", were incredibly cheerful and their close bond was evident when we actually spoke to them.
In collaboration with Hanayashiki, a popular amusement park in Asakusa, CANDY TUNE is offering a variety of unique events, such as colorful popcorn shaped like candy being sold, and original merchandise being given away as prizes in games.
All of the goods were exciting, and there were plenty of things to enjoy not only for CANDY TUNE fans, but also for those who are not yet familiar with CANDY TUNE. I highly recommend that everyone go and check it out this Golden Week! (Momofuku Kano, 2nd year, Kaetsu Ariake Junior High School)
